Nature Meditations for Peace and Calm
These short meditations are quick, calming exercises to help pull you swiftly from those racing thoughts and into something outside of yourself, and well outside of your brain and into nature. Allow your focus to shift towards the environment your watching, the small details of color and texture, or close your eyes and listen to the sounds. I love to use these quick meditations in the middle of a frustrating day or experience.
